This project is based off of my PopPop’s love for weird food, especially tinned fish. The brand PopPop’s tinned seafood depicts this vibrant obsession and is a way for him to share that with the world. I wanted the packaging to reflect my PopPop’s quirky personality but also draw inspiration from vintage tin fish colors and style. The typeface is the perfect blend of vintage bold type and modern simplicity. Bright colors make it stand out from other competitors on the shelf and make it look like a more appealing snack.
